Luotian Yifang Shanshui Gloria Hotel

The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent. It covers a large area, there is a lake in front of the door, and the greening of the greenway along the lake is great. I have stayed in many resort hotels, but this is the first time I have seen a lobby with a huge area and high ceiling. The room is very nice and large. The whole mirror in the bathroom faces the dressing mirror in the corridor. The design is thoughtful. The floor is textured, the circular sofa is a plus, the balcony faces the lake, and the night view is also good at night. The hotel does not have many breakfast varieties, and the beef noodles are not bad. Chinese food is also served here. The set meal is cost-effective and a fruit plate is also given. At that time, someone was holding a 100-day banquet and someone was performing. My husband and I laughed and said that this meal was not only festive but also had people singing. It was a good deal. The only thing to complain about is that there is a huge stainless steel rack on the balcony (the last picture). I called the front desk and they said it was a clothes drying rack and said that they would ask the staff to take it away. After waiting for ten minutes, no one came to take it. I was hungry and went downstairs for lunch. Later, when I went downstairs, I found that this huge rack was placed on many balconies. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel is because it has a balcony, but a clothes drying rack took up more than half of the area, which was a bit disappointing.

Great stay experience

The hotel service attitude is very bad. The attitude of the entire hotel from the management to the front desk staff is very bad. They almost think that their hotel is the largest and most prestigious hotel in the entire county. In particular, the attitude of a certain manager is so high and mighty that he thinks he is the most powerful.
