The hotel is located in the scenic area. When you arrive at the tourist service center, you need to contact the hotel and then they send a shuttle bus to pick you up. Check in at the lobby first, then pick up the shuttle bus and send it to the booked cabin. Although it is a car, it is not far away.
Because in the scenic area, the natural environment is good, the air is better, there are many tourists during the day, and you can enjoy a quiet environment in the evening and morning. There is a hotel's own restaurant in the scenic area, the price is very reasonable, there is a farmhouse outside to eat.
Bad experience: The overall feeling of management level is very low, although the overall environment and price of the hotel are there, but the service level is not proportional.
First of all, we checked in at 3 pm. We arrived early and put down our luggage and went for a stroll. As a result, we came back at 4:30 and found that the room was not cleaned. I don’t know which communication link of the hotel has a problem. I can wait for my aunt to clean it in the yard with my friends. Then, there was no crisis PR treatment, no one said sorry and remedy measures, we gave the cruise ticket after strong feedback. Although it is a reason that there are too many people in the Spring Festival and the hotel staff is not enough, the crisis management awareness and cake are too bad. Fortunately, the attitude of the supervisor is okay, or I really have to complain on Trip.com.
Where improvements need to be made: the room phone is not working well, the feedback has not been solved, I don't know if I forgot; I can see the obvious stain marks on the dining table after cleaning, it should be anxious to clean and not wipe; the light does not indicate how to turn on and off, anyway, keep trying.
