When I stayed that night, there was no hot water, the toilet was broken, there were no disposable slippers, and there was not even a cup for brushing teeth.

It's okay. The hotel owner is very warm and kind. The parking is right at the gate. It's more convenient to get in and out. The environment feels relatively quiet. I personally think it's good value for money.
