酒店在路邊，環境一般，樓道可以看到油菜花海。房間夠大，衞生挺好的。我們自己帶了食物，付加工費由酒店幫忙加工煮熟，非常感謝！有少量停車位。
有幾點不足：一是沒有電梯，不太方便。二是沒有熱水，2月28號趕上降温，氣温4-5度，我們定了4個標間，衹有一個房間用上熱水，其他房間都沒有熱水，體驗感太差了。三是服務有待提升，入住當天因為太冷，又沒有熱水洗澡燙腳，也沒有電熱毯（房間有熱空調），雖然每個床除了被子外，還提供了一床毛毯，但因為冷，還是擔心晚上睡不暖和，就致電詢問能否再多給一床被子，結果被斷然拒絕，雖然當天晚上確實也睡暖和了，但是被冷冷拒絕的感覺非常不好，萬一真的冷的睡不着呢？四是房裡的插座非常不合理，竟然找不到一個開水壺電源線夠的着的插座！

這家店值得推薦 首先價格不貴 又能吃到老闆麪親手做的當地味道飯菜 自家院子可以免費停車 出門500米左右就是個觀景台 老闆年人很純樸 實實在在 到誰家都是花錢 就選個人品好的客棧消費

老闆娘人很好，提前準備了晚餐，到了就能吃上。第二天還有免費早餐，酒店旁就是大片的花海，挺美的！

總體感覺一般，性價比不是很高。無電梯（6樓，據説要第二三期工程才安裝）無電熱毯（有空調）基本無熱水，毛毯有異味（可能與太濕潤有關）桶裝水在樓道自取。樓道就可觀油菜花（天情）周邊餐飲不很少（老闆家有餐廳）房間不大也不小。

房間很一般，空調沒有遙控板不能用，找到工作人員，卻説自己也不知道。酒店沒有電梯，女生帶着行禮，工作人員也不幫提一下行禮。最氣人的是，晚上到了，結果房間還沒有熱水，在4、5度寒冷的夜晚，舟車勞頓一天，連熱水洗漱都沒有。打電話給工作人員，就告訴我多放一會兒，他要睡覺了 結果我放了半個小時也沒有熱水，我都不忍心浪費他的水了，衹好將就一晚上，第二天趕快走人吧 這是我住過的最差勁的酒店，什麼服務態度嘛。

房間可以，也很清爽，老闆很熱情，服務也周到，包車帶我們遊了羅平很多景點，一般人找不到的景點老闆都我們去了，到羅平金甸花海商務灑店超值。
