房間一進去就是一股味，開窗通風好久都還是有味，被子上全是味，也不知道是啥味，枕頭是黑的，絕！！！一點都不隔音，第一次碰到這麼離譜的，睡覺能聽見隔壁房間的打呼嚕聲！！！太離譜了！！！！！！！！！！！！！！一個超級大的差評！！！！！！！！

酒店位置在縣城中心，旁邊就是購物中心，吃飯都很方便，前台小美女很熱情，房間衞生乾淨，性價比很高，每次來洛寧都住她家。

都很一般吧，淋雨間沒有噴淋頭，沒有一次性拖鞋，飲料和水都要收費，就是沒有免費瓶裝水，還好價格比較低。

整體體驗感受:糟糕。
一、衞生條件:臟，臟到觸目驚心。
1.床上有之前的人的長頭髮，可見床上用品並沒有清洗。
2.枕頭上有黃色體液色塊。幹了的，一塊一塊的。
3.桌子上的白色污跡一片一片
4.門把手上各種臟東西殘留
5.衞生間有蟑螂，跑的太快了沒拍到
6.衞生間地上黑色的臟東西很厚很寬
7.公共區域電梯超級臟，電梯按鍵都是黑的，不知道怎麼下手
總之，超級臟超級臟。想吐。發了這個評價就刪除手機裏的照片，看到就覺得噁心。
二、服務:高高在上，漫不經心
1.衞生間的紙衹有幾圈，問前台要，前台説沒有，保潔/樓層也沒有給送
2.在攜程定的是14點退房（延遲退房是多付了錢的），但是13點前台打電話説都是12點退房，我説攜程上面是14點退房，前台説:網上定的會稍微晚點，但是還是要趕快退。我:？？？？？？14點還沒到啊
三、訛錢:大無語
1.在攜程預訂並沒有付按金，離店退房的時候還了門卡，剛要走，前台説要退按金。我説沒付按金，她説好的，我就走了。
走了十幾分鍾説我用了房間的保健品，讓我回去確認。到了剛要上電梯，説找到了不用上了。耍我呢？
我問:為什麼不能當場檢查清楚？為什麼我走了再説？
我沒有着急走啊，我走的時候説要檢查一下東西稍等一下唄？
另外前台態度很差，衹知道吵架，我在前台等的時候還很兇的説:不要站在這裏！去那邊去！
這個價位在洛陽市區能住很乾凈的了，真的是短短人生中最糟糕的酒店經歷。
