客觀的講，衹針對當班客服最後的溝通行為做出差評！衹是平台最低衹能給0.5分，如果有0肯定選0分！ 溝通半天想直接入住，累了一天了，怎麼溝通都沒用！看着客人揹着大包小包累得不行，話都不想多説一句了，一點不能變通！！！ 非要死守所謂的規矩（這都不是讓我打差評的原因，畢竟電有電規，職責所在吧）！但是溝通那麼久非要看平台價格，結果平台打開比門市價和會員價都便宜了，又説可以按我説的價格開房（故意侮辱智商？），同時不停推銷會員卡！我是真理解不了！！！ 真的服了！！！ 住這家店很多回了，第一次遇到這事！絕！ 另説住宿環境吧，首先停車相對方便，我看還有充電樁，電車應該還能充電，可以説是在當地同價位裏比較舒服乾淨的！尤其是洗澡真的挺大，累一天沖洗舒服乾淨，配套也齊全有獨立USB充電口，給設備充電方便，這個要好評！！！床軟硬適中，枕頭挺舒服，睡眠環境安逸！住了這麼多次，床單被罩都很乾凈！衞生間有加熱馬桶 也是非常乾淨！唯一一點建議就是以後能配個一次性刮鬍刀就完美了，經常出任務急，沒法常備刮鬍刀，挺不方便的。住了這麼多年酒店，真是第一次給差評！！！當班客服真是敬業！！！老闆記得一定要給予升職加薪！！！

體驗很一般，辦入住時前台服務很不好，停車場具體是收費還是免費也沒有説清楚，房間隔音很差一點也不好，總之不推薦
