住了這麼多次酒店，第一次遇到酒店紙巾收費的情況，雖然就兩塊錢也不多，但是就是不爽。人家那個酒店不提供免費的紙啊，真是離了個大譜

我們住了一晚第二天13點半續住定了，結果晚上23點來的時候房間里居然有其他客人的東西，床鋪也是睡過的痕跡，我要求更換床單被套，還沒要求打掃衞生。我們的服務員態度超級超級超級的差，跟我説沒有人睡過，沒有人用過啊，你不滿意，你你在哪兒訂的？在哪兒退？他不管，他也不想給更換，哎呀，態度極為惡劣，已經晚上11點，都快12點了，讓我們退房，我説你給我重新換一個，沒有，然後經過激烈的爭論之後，你們的保安給我答應給我更換床單被套。那個女服務員還一臉的不耐煩，吼叫的聲音賊大。跟我吵，男保安勸都勸不住那種！這是由於你們服務員打掃完衞生之後，他説是沒有關門，導致客人進來了，但是我們在住後1點多的時候，有其他的客人一直開我們門，拿着房卡號是一模一樣的8302，他説他們是白天已經在這兒入住的。由於你們的失誤把我們已經定好的房間白天又定給其他人導致我們發生不愉快的經歷，你們應該道歉並主動給我們負責更換床單，被套啥，你們反而讓我們退房去，我問退了我們住哪，你們的服務員説管我們住哪，愛住哪住哪，這是一個大酒店服務員還有的素質？？我説退可以你幫我找下房子，因為那會我孩子都睡著了，我抱着累的很，你們服務員説我管你哪事！嗓門賊大吼叫請問人文情懷在哪裡。酒店就跟家的服務在哪裡！洛南人的熱情在哪裡！我花錢還看你的臉色吼叫嗎？希望領導能看到糾正這種惡劣的服務態度！後來我下去説要個拖鞋！你們服務員看到我直接頭轉過去不理我，還是那個男保安給我拿的，還叮囑不能穿衞生間！

臟亂差至極，服務人員態度問題我不理解的是有污染，我上去展示能洗乾淨就好它憑什麼讓我洗乾淨，還要扣20塊錢的清潔費我還要服務於它們我住酒店幹嘛？那酒店服務人員還和我吵吵我是來看臉色來的？那高的好評怕是刷來的無語死了，還我住我家怎麼著賊麼着，我住哪管你屁事別人不交錢，是不是他的被單被罩就不洗呀。
