火車站附近有很多酒店 我勸大家非必要別住這家
在這裏你們可以收穫：不定期流落街頭/傲慢無責任的前台/明顯很臟的被子/警告你們別弄壞東西的單子
具體原因如下
1.酒店服務有原則上的極其嚴重的問題
a.嚴重bug 我們在攜程上訂了房 到那卻説不一定有 一副理所當然的語氣要我們等 而且還不一定會等到 離譜不 沒有房間幹嘛放到攜程上讓我們訂？後續經過攜程客服溝通才有了房間 感謝客服 可能是給我升級了房 不然我還得流落街頭
b.前台態度極其惡劣 一點服務意識都沒有 開始讓我們等 沒給出任何解決方案 我們託着兩個大行李定好的房被告知要乾等着 後面有房了 告訴我們房間在717 我們到上面看發現701-720都有 唯獨沒有717 翻看房間卡的紙 發現是718 搞笑不 前台也是懂惡作劇的
總結就是 店大欺客 服務極差 野蠻無秩序 維也納是連鎖店 也是愛惜羽毛的吧 小心在漯河被這家開廢了
2.環境有問題 按理説維亞納屬於錦江會的中高端 但是我們進門就在被子上看到了黑色污漬 還落了一個小飛蟲
3.酒店的姿態 睡在床上 一張損害及賠償物品清單赫然在目 這裏簡直高貴如皇宮一般 客人剛剛住下就得明確這些物品多麼貴重 小心翼翼不然別賠不起～～我們來酒店簡直變成參觀了哈 讓我們心情極差

酒店位於漯河火車站廣場對面，出行、就餐、購物都很方便，但是酒店10F存在一家營業中的“千幻SPA”按摩店，電梯未設定梯控行，整晚斷斷續續有做按摩的客人説話，服務人員高跟鞋咔咔咔的腳步聲；酒店大堂電梯口天花板存在漏水現象，現場使用墩布清潔桶臨時接水，且未設定温馨提示，存在安全隱患。

酒店位置好 是漯河最熱鬧的地方 旁邊新天地美食街 和昌建廣場 千盛百貨 華豫百佳，適合旅行和商務出差，酒店隔音也好，而且前台小哥哥非常有禮貌，服務很好，入住體驗非常好
