Vienna International Hotel (Luohe Exhibition Center Songjiang Food Street Branch)

I have to travel for more than 100 days every year. I have never given a bad review to any hotel. This is the first time. I have stayed in Vienna many times, but this time the experience was really bad. After dinner with a client, I went back to the hotel and asked the front desk if there was a charger. The attitude of the front desk clerk didn't even look at me, and directly said no. I asked if there was anyone who could scan the code, and he still had a sullen face. No, there was a power bank in the corridor. I said I had a charging cable in my car, could I find a charging head, and then another front desk clerk came, and his attitude was even more unsolvable. He said with a sullen face that we only have one at the front desk and we need to use it ourselves. I was puzzled, I came to stay, you have a sullen face, why not go home and lie down? I asked for a charger, but he was indifferent. I doubt whether this kind of service has been trained, let alone the room. They said they upgraded my room type, but the bathroom sink and shower were just next to each other, and the shower was terribly dirty.

房間乾淨整潔寬敞明亮，前台接待熱情大方周到細緻，前台接待給我升級了房型，酒店位置很好，交通便利，酒店緊鄰淞江美食城，吃飯娛樂休閑很方便，不錯的酒店，下次再來

衞生打掃的真太不好了。廁所那個窗户簡直不忍直視，然後洗衣房的烘乾機，好歹每天清理下過濾網，太臟了！體驗感確實不太好！維也納住一次吐槽一次的投屏和電視劇購買那個軟件，不能投屏好歹也能買騰訊愛奇藝之內的嘛，整個什麼破軟件

前往西寧市路過該酒店，酒店有很多空房，不知道前台給了一間最西段的02室房間，衞生間非常小，洗浴房的玻璃門有一條大大的裂縫，是我住過的維也納酒店最差的一間房

前台服務很好 衞生也很乾凈 門口就是美食街 很方便

酒店新的，房間很大簡潔，床品乾淨，空氣清新，交通便利，進入房間感覺比期待的要好，下次還會入住
