Vienna International Hotel (Luohe Exhibition Center Songjiang Food Street)

I have to travel for more than 100 days every year. I have never given a bad review to any hotel. This is the first time. I have stayed in Vienna many times, but this time the experience was really bad. After dinner with a client, I went back to the hotel and asked the front desk if there was a charger. The attitude of the front desk clerk didn't even look at me, and directly said no. I asked if there was anyone who could scan the code, and he still had a sullen face. No, there was a power bank in the corridor. I said I had a charging cable in my car, could I find a charging head, and then another front desk clerk came, and his attitude was even more unsolvable. He said with a sullen face that we only have one at the front desk and we need to use it ourselves. I was puzzled, I came to stay, you have a sullen face, why not go home and lie down? I asked for a charger, but he was indifferent. I doubt whether this kind of service has been trained, let alone the room. They said they upgraded my room type, but the bathroom sink and shower were just next to each other, and the shower was terribly dirty.

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，床墊舒適，水壓大，出水快，東西比較齊全，早餐東西很多，味道不錯，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適

餐廳環境很安靜，菜品也是一如即往的精緻，分量也很足，好評！服務員會主動打招呼，非常貼心，為服務好評一進門真的是驚艷到了，環境特別不錯，是周圍環境最好的了，性價比非常高

每個角落都充滿了故事，我用打卡的方式，把這些故事裝進記憶。這次旅遊讓我放鬆身心，感受到了大自然的美麗和寧靜。🌿 打卡是一種儀式感，讓我更加珍惜旅途中遇到的每一份美好。

特別好的服務，前台美女很好看，説話也甜，拖鞋也舒服。
