作為攜程的老用户，每年因為工作關係會跑很多地方，首先説到特色項目，辦理入住的時候一共三組人，我們第二組，因為我們是8個人，其中有幾個人還沒到，第三組客人可能是因為當天有活動，訂了好幾間房，所以就先給第三組辦理了，過程中完全沒有和我打過一個招呼，禮賓的高個子帥哥熱情的幫我們把行李送到房間，這個僅有的服務分就是給這個帥哥的。吃過飯回來，問前台我們的迎客水果和贈飲呢？前台回覆：明天退房的時候給，我就説了一句，那就是歡送水果了，前台還白了我一眼。重點來了，帶孩子洗過澡之後，我發現洗手枱上有死蚊子，算了，夏天，正常。但是，我給孩子洗過水果，準備放在床頭櫃上的時候，發現有大片油污，基本整個牀頭櫃都是，立馬叫來了客房，客房大姐的第一反應就是不關我的事，白班沒有搞乾淨。好吧，請值班經理來解決，值班經理帶了幾個水果來，確實很客氣，但是就一句話，換房間衹有大床沒有標間，換不了，馬上給你們搞乾淨，然後第二天早上給我們一個處理意見，好的，我們也不是不好説話。第二天吃早飯和退房，都見到那個經理在辦公室，行吧，你不提我也就不説了，原來所謂的給我們一個處理意見不過是緩兵之計，不了了之而已。這就是作為一家酒店負責人應有的態度，辦理完退房後，絕口不提歡迎水果的事，當然，我也忘了，後來孩子提了一句，我們的水果呢，前台才恍然大悟的感覺。 總結一下：設施尚可，環境還行，但是客房衞生堪憂，服務意識欠佳

訂君豪麗呈酒店是臨時起意，因為路過漯河，結果完全超出預期，真的很贊！不管從房間乾淨整潔程度，到床褥舒服度，或者早餐豐富可口程度，身為青島人，對這個大蝦的新鮮度和個頭，還有成熟度，大大點贊，真真是恰到好處！尤其愛吃這個雞爪，大大超出預期，給你們點贊！
