讓人心甘情願來到一個城市的原因是什麼呢？一個人？一碗麪？一段風景？我想來到漯河的原因有很多，但讓我鐘意的就是當下的酒店，漢庭漯河人民路，酒店一直都是漂泊 妥協的暫時住所 的代名詞，可是慢慢的住在這裏，讓我每次有回到家的感覺，前台姐妹們熟悉温馨的笑容與春天綻開花一樣的熱情消散一天的情緒與疲勞，走進電梯，熟悉的香味沖擊大腦的記憶區，熟悉與穩定。感謝七樓的保潔於大姐，每次回到房間看到的都是整潔乾淨的房間，不失細節的處置，讓這個春天帶來的温暖更強烈一些，衹要到漯河，我一定會毫不猶豫接着選擇這家酒店，也會口口相傳做宣傳，客人的口碑就是最好的廣告！感謝前台的姐妹們，感謝七樓的保潔於大姐[玫瑰][玫瑰]

硬件軟件都基本符合漢庭的平均標準，地理位置相對較偏僻，但漯河就這一家漢庭，前台服務人員很熱情，一直推薦我在華住的APP上訂房，我之所以衹在攜程上訂房，是因為攜程有很好的投訴反饋機制，而酒店自有APP系統的反饋處理就參差不齊了，這根本就不是價格問題。

環境：很整潔，沒有異味，房間基本上需要用的洗漱用品齊全
服務：特別好，工作人員很禮貌，服務態度很專業
設施：房間冷了暖氣開幾分鐘就熱起來了，設施不老，用起來很舒適
衞生：特別乾淨，續住幾個晚上都沒問題，房間臟了，掛個打掃牌子，保潔阿姨來了就會收拾好

前台小姐姐禮貌問好，特意詢問我對房間的需求安排房間，特別周到，最值得推薦的就是他家床品，枕頭和床墊超級巨舒服，房間做的隔音也好。設施齊全，應有盡有，早上的早餐也很不錯，品種非常全，還有麪條，湯汁很好，味道非常不錯！還有智能機器人送餐 ，零接觸服務，點贊！體驗感很好，性價比很高，下次還會再來！

前台服務真是不錯，很熱情，房間衞生也很好。 食堂的大姐也很好，飯也都挺好吃的都很新鮮。酒店還幫忙免費延遲退房了，非常感謝！洗手液，洗頭膏，沐浴露裏裝的其實是同一種東西，希望不要這麼節約成本。總體還是不錯的！
