酒店位於羅定市中心城區，交通便利，旁邊有羅定汽車總站和客都滙購物中心，大潤發超市，十分熱鬧，餐飲也很多，吃飯很方便。

房間一股黴味，地毯都是斑點，看起來很臟。洗衣房可怕，就在天台放一個洗衣機。早餐不好吃且用餐位置是一個茶飲店，早上不開空調且前一晚的杯孑還沒收，都是煙味，衞生堪憂。
