房間裝修很好，沒有異味，又大又乾淨。除了家裡，外面的廁所我喜歡蹲坑，這點我很滿意。老闆對我的請求都是有求必應，積極主動，服務必須打滿分！！！停車方便，小區門口有廣告，打老闆電話，迅速接聽並指路。我在猶豫停哪裡，老闆已經走出來迎接，並且指導我停車。可惜唯一的一點不足就是空調雖然新，但是太不給力了！而且噪音很大。趁着現在國補空調便宜趕緊換了吧

去浩坤湖遊玩，晚上臨時決定住羅甸將就一晚，入住已經凌晨1點多了。在小區裏面，停車還算方便，房間差強人意，畢竟價格便宜！

小區裏面的改裝的，停車小區內，老闆會安排，免費的。周圍吃喝拉撒很方便，房間比較乾淨整潔，性價比還是可以。整體不錯。

位置絕佳，靠近熱門景點與交通樞紐，出行便利。房間設計簡約時尚，設施齊全且維護良好。工作人員熱情友好，服務周到，有求必應。但美中不足的是，酒店停車場車位略顯緊張，且網絡信號有時不太穩定。不過，舒適的住宿體驗仍使其成為值得推薦的下榻之選。

前台非常盡責，見我們車到了，立馬出來，將墊腳放好，以便車子上台階。見我們長者免費升級房間，讓我們住的舒服。房間乾淨整潔，空調給力，熱水出水很快，下水道流暢，衞生間地磚特別好，水流盡了，這就幹了。樓下隔壁有吃飯的地方，還有早餐餛飩。

坐了5個多小時的長途汽車，天黑才到。別院藏在居民樓裏找的不容易。房間設施用品不低於5年與網上訊息不對稱。洗澡水忽冷忽熱。老房子改造的房間，進門自然形成一個方坑與衞生間相連，整夜不敢關燈，晚上起來怕摔着，眼神不好的慎入！
