住過最差勁的酒店沒有之一，yue到不如外面三四十元的旅館。衞生、設施、態度垃圾到極點。微信上訂的大床房到酒店前台説沒有了給我換標間，結果換的這個房間房卡刷不進去，裡邊住了人。當時我就不想住覺得安全性不高。但是行李太重前台又説換一間，又換了305，進去房間味道特別重，很難聞，垃圾桶的垃圾都沒倒，房間很臟 進門燈是壞的，衞生間的燈也是壞的不能照明。她説酒店也不貴，衞生間的燈壞了也不影響，我看她態度還可以我就想着湊合住吧。然後我和我朋友出去了一趟回來她給我的305房卡刷不開305的門，真是絕了，我又下去找她， 她説房卡給我給錯了，回來後準備充電，插板線都是掉下來的，鐵絲線都出來一截，更更更離譜的是我掀開被子準備坐，床單上有血，真的很yue，我實在沒法住，就説我要退，就在平台申請了，但是審核需要一定時間，她説讓我先找別的酒店，如果微信申請沒通過她給我轉錢，我就離開了。當天晚上我就收到通知提示沒通過是因為晚上入住前台那邊已經確認了，當天給她發消息沒回復，早上打前台電話沒人接並且還是發消息不回覆，後來打了手機電話才接了，態度很不耐煩説剛醒來（十二點了剛醒來[白眼]）現在給你，又等了好久沒等到，我給她説不發就投訴，過了一個小時左右才給退回。遇上這種酒店真的倒了黴了，避雷 ！避雷！避雷！

環境乾淨衞生，房間寬敞出行方便，離汽車站不遠，價格也比較便宜，前台服務熱情周圍飲食比較多，下次繼續入住
