房間衞生很一般，關鍵服務態度超差。尤其是店長，我每晚續住下一天房費，每天會接到前台電話，詢問是否續住，我已經提前一天續房費了呀。我在前台反映此問題。店長從始至終沒有看記錄，無腦反駁，我提出我提前一天續房費，為什麼要給我打電話問續住的事，人家竟然説防止我到晚上退房。我也是無語。

性價比較低。（1）近600元的房價，房間比想象中小，打開一個行李箱就不能走路了。（2）衞生間一言難盡，枱子老舊發黴，毛巾感覺有點黑舊，因為乾濕不分離，洗完澡，馬桶和地面都是水，所以酒店的毛巾是絕對不敢往身上碰的。（3）晚上10點房間冷，房間電話打不通，衹好下樓兩趟去前台提訴求。回覆：是有幾個房間電話不能用（為什麼不修好呢？沒回答）；地暖剛剛打開了，你會房間等等吧，不過五樓會慢一點（後來送了一個電暖器來，但房間太小了，能插電的地方使用怕不安全，睡覺時沒敢用，畢竟自己的安全最要緊）。結果，半夜2點，地板還是冰冷的。（4）旁邊的早餐店對外15元/人，酒店買券12元/人。早餐或許是豐富的，但我們9: 05到店裡，小菜都空了，主食很多空了，幸好粥和糊糊還有，也是一言難盡。還有其他的，比如房間有蒼蠅啥的等等，就不寫了。

超級不好 走沙漠公路 一身沙子 晚上沒熱水洗澡 。不知道我好評怎麼來的 。前台服務態度也不好 。半夜12點了 折騰到一點 協商熱水 説在燒着。無語了 。半夜十二點 協商退房 完全不給退。衹能湊合一宿了。沒洗澡 。一家子太狼狽了 父母快70了 也沒洗上個熱水澡。

酒店位置非常好找，停車的位置也很方便，前台小姐姐很漂亮也很熱情，服務很專業，入住的房間很大很寬敞，沒有任何異味，唯一的缺點就是洗澡的水壓小，可能是新疆的通病吧，推薦旁邊的大盤**，非常好吃非常實惠。
