1st time Double Tree Damai Laut really surprised me. So far the best double tree hotel in my list compared to Melaka, KL and Penang. Room is not big but cozy. Most importantly my boy like this hotel the most!

Good hospitality, friendly staff, able to solve problem promptly, just that the room i stay has a little bit mouldy smell 1604, breakfast taste better than iftar dinner buffet

Good service and staffs are all friendly!
Hotel is clean and swimming pool is quite fun for the kids.
Breakfast is a variety of choices!

Reached there 11.30am and understandable the rooms are not ready. But waited for 3 hours after I saw they gave the keys to other families. I asked again then only they said the both rooms are just ready and not as what I requested. The room assigned was so damn far. I mean like I waited for so long and my mum was on wheelchair and my son already started to be impatience. I will be very much appreciate at least give me one room first. oh ya this hotel is so not wheelchair friendly as there's lots of stairs and ups and downs. Other than that, to be fair other services it's at satisfactory level. Thanks for the effort anyway.

A very nice hotel that suitable for kids. Do buy with half board so that you don’t have to travel out for meal. Just stay in and enjoy.
