Exceptional Stay at One of the Best Hotels This is my experience at one of the exquisite hotels I have witnessed recently. The moment we checked in, we were met with excellent service from accommodating as well as polite staff. The friendly reception gave us a glimpse of what was to follow. The best part about the hotel was the breakfast which was simply immaculate. The rich variety in the food that was provided was more than we expected so it definitely made our day a whole lot better. The serenity of the hotel was truly commendable. They had a private beach that entirely shut out the noise from the outside world. We had some amazing evenings towards the beach and enjoyed the beauty nature had to offer along with the peaceful setting. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool as it felt like having a waterpark in the house. Seeing them so engaged and happy was truly a bliss. In conclusion, all of us had an amazing time at this hotel and I most definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Thank you once again to the amazing staff in making my stay truly unforgettable!

Very nice CNY decorations and a good atmosphere. The service of staff could be improved and to be more kids friendly.

Very nice resort, kids friends, not many options for food, went during holidays so it was over crowded no place to sit for breakfast … breakfast waiting time was between 15-30 mins

Location is far from the town, but near to the beach. No restaurant near to the hotel. But Hilton Damai Laut is 1000/100. Kids love the mini waterpark so much. And got many pools too to avoid crowded. Food got so many choices to choose. Love the separate toilet as in the picture. King size bed can occupy 2 adult + 1 kids. Overall a nice place to rest for a while from busy days.

Well, I totally enjoyed my stay here. The building, landscaping, location overlooking the sea with direct view of Pulau Pangkor, made good first impressions both from the lobby, kitchen lawn and my room at the higher foot. I felt relaxed the moment I entered the hotel premise. The staffs from the time of reception to departure, including the Makan Kitchen and maintenance staffs, all are very professional, friendly and made mecfeel much welcomed. The whole hotel are well maintained and clean despite being a refurbished before. Even the flies did not cause much problems because of the use of fly repellent fan on each dining table in the Makan Kitchen. In fact there was hardly any fly in the restaurant. There was a wide range of food during breakfast, which was fresh and delicious especially when we were the earlier guests in the restaurant in the morning. The room was clean, well maintained and has all that I need. This was a pre CNY season so the decoration and background CNY music gave me a festive joy. I am quite a picky person as far as hotels are concerned and I would not hesitate to give my visitor’s rating of 4+/5 to Double Tree by Hilton in Damai Laut. Even the location is superb, with stunning view of Sg Sempit and at The View. Keep up your good work 🤩.
