We had a fantastic stay. The staff was amazing and went all the way to make our stay memorable.We were well received by Nicholas, the MOD, though we arrived very late in the morning and we were followed up Keziah, the manage. The food was wonderful and we were well served by Petersen and the other waiters. The chef was at hand with gluten-free food for my wife during all the meals. Staying in Taita Hills Resort won’t be complete without a game drive. Our drive/guide made it worthwhile. The only negative is the poor phone communication.

Dining services were good and our favourite staff was Christine at the restaurant ,she was funny,witty and friendly. Breakfast was our favourite. The gamedrive driver (Joseph) was very knowledgeable about the wildlife. However, they can do better with the rooms. The maindoor is split in half and you can accidentaly leave a top or bottom part open assuming you locked the door. Secondly ,the beds have bedside lamps that are awkwardly positioned in the middle of headboard , and protruding foward very dangerously . Regardless, the hotel view is so beautiful especially the garden,the infinity pool is amazing and the hotel is sorrounded by very beautiful trees with vibrant colors .

Our stay at Taita Hills Resort and Spa was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautifully situated with stunning views of the surrounding nature. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. A special thank you to Janet, who made our stay even more memorable. She is cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Janet was always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. Her professionalism and warmth added a special touch to our experience. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future!

We had an amazing time chilling with the wildlife. The staff made us feel at home away from home. Special mention to Nicholas, Cresenscia, Naomi, Carol, Yusuf, & Askari - Asanteni sana. A must visit to destination for all. Kudos to the team!!

Wanted to spend time With my sons ,celebrate Birthday for one of them and have some relaxing Moments . All this Worked so well Thanks to The Warm Staff ,The Beautiful views, comfortable beds. We had a great time and would definitely be back. Special Mentions to Janet at the dining, Chef Fred Ever smiling and Checking up on us, and Christine The Hostess. To all Those who came together to surprise Jayden. Much appreciated and Thank you.

The wait staff were truly awesome! Omar, Dorothy, Janet, Shukran, all of them. They were absolutely great hosts and made sure we all felt at home. The rooms were also clean and we got to see some elephants up close. Wish we had more time to sample the infinity pool.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, great rooms, excellent service..food was fab, we saw so many animals...magical experience all round. Thanks again for another wonderful experience. You never disappoint...my go to getaway resort. Looking forward to next time.
