Corsica was definetely a highlight and our 5-night stay at A Casa Di Ma was the best accomodation over the entire period. Our room had everything we needed and the restaurant well deserved its Michelin rating. To top it off the Maitre De had worked in our native Sydney so chatting to him was a delight. In addition Caroline and Constance at the front desk were, without a doubt, two of the most professional, helpful staff that we have met throughout our travels. Great service. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Calvi and other sites but we had a car and the drive was quite easy. Besides Lumio and Calvi we visited Bastia and Bonifacio - and Corsica is a destination we highly recommend.

We stayed at A Casa Di Ma as part of an EU holiday visiting London and a number of areas in France and Spain. Corsica was definetely a highlight and our 5-night stay at A Casa Di Ma was the best accomodation over the entire period. Our room had everything we needed and the restaurant well deserved its Michelin rating. To top it off the Maitre De had worked in our native Sydney so chatting to him was a delight. In addition Caroline and Constance at the front desk were, without a doubt, two of the most professional, helpful staff that we have met throughout our travels. Great service. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Calvi and other sites but we had a car and the drive was quite easy. Besides Lumio and Calvi we visited Bastia and Bonifacio - and Corsica is a destination we highly recommend.
