Atkinson Inn & Suites

Looks like check in is night window all the time? No access to lobby, no breakfast, coffee etc. probably wouldn’t stay again.

At night time, too much noise from upstairs and outside. I couldn’t get sleep. So bad.

Very disappointed The first room had roaches and holes in bed sheets.I was moved to another room that had dead spiders and cob webs in all the corners.One bed looked as if the bed sheets hadn't been changed.The toilet had feces splattered on it floors were dirty and sticky.Was awoke 2 mornings straight by guest slamming doors and hollering.

The room was nice once we figured out how to operate the heat. The bed & shower were great!

I don't know how this property got the score they have. There is not enough time for me to talk about how horrible this location is. Stained sheets, stinking smells, out dated furniture, cracked up bathroom floor,, smoke detector open with no batteries, no iron, paper thin walls, chipped out dated tables, light coming through the entire left side of the closed door......... This is the worst property I have stayed at in my entire life, The only good thing was nice staff and I was able to check-in early, only reason why I didn't give a big fuss is because I didn't have time. I had to get to my event and didn't get back to room until late. I had to be back up super early to go to another event, which would have given me 7 hours to find another room and get some sleep. They also have a no refund policy which should have been a red flag for me.

This place is undergoing serious renovations, but our room was clean and modern. There are very limited amenities at this point but we weren't there to vacation. It was a perfect place to stop off I95 for the night.
