Sheets didn't look clean. Stains on Sheets. Found empty cigarette pack on counter and pillows are old looking and not fluffy. Hallway outside the room smells like smoke, like someone just smoked in the hallway.

First room we reserved had a "dead door". Couldn't get the room type we reserved. Got moved to another room;keys didn't work. Side door to building didint work. No curtains in the room. Elevator didn't work.

The staff was awesome. Checkin was quick. They had someone call in sick but they worked together to make sure the breakfest time ran smoothly. The room was clean and cold when we arrived. Very smooth transition when we decides to stay an extra day. There are several nice restaurants to eat at near by. North of hotel is Rikenjax, they have a delicious and affordable brunch menu and just South of hotel is Nice guy Ricks.

The internet and tv doesn’t work. The staff was super rude about it and a refund would have taken seven to ten business days. This was horrible

The property is currently under major renovations. If that is a major concern i would call before reservations to check status. It was fine for a night and a place to stay. I do have to give credit where due, Angel (i believe was her name) was excellent at the front desk. Check in was super easy and when i explained i had forgot a couple necessities she was so happy to help. We felt very welcome by all the staff. I also like that the floors in the rooms have been updated to hard wood/laminate floors so no carpet. And i wish more bowls would do this.

They kept the room clean and stocked with clean towels. Everyone was very friendly. Hot breakfast was good.
