聽説陸良開了一家温德姆，立馬訂了一間住住體驗一下，原本擔心有味道，實際住在裏面沒有異味，設施齊全，前台工作人員也十分耐心熱情，各種注意事項跟我講的很詳細，我買的是不含早餐的，自己消費去吃了一份，品種種類豐富，我喜歡吃DIY酸奶碗，超好吃味道新鮮，各方面都很滿意，下次我還會選擇温德姆嘿嘿

酒店位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，無論是去熱門景點遊玩，還是尋覓當地美食，都能輕鬆抵達。一走進大堂，就能感受到它獨特的格調，裝修精緻典雅，細節之處盡顯品質，背景音樂輕柔舒緩，瞬間讓人心情放鬆。房間更是整潔乾淨，沒有一絲異味，床鋪柔軟舒適，睡一覺起來感覺整個人都活力滿滿，完全不會有腰痠背痛的情況。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品一應俱全，而且品質都很不錯，看得出酒店的用心。

從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就熱情洋溢，專業高效，不僅快速幫我辦好手續，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施以及周邊好玩的地方，讓我這個初來乍到的旅人一下子就有了方向。在酒店期間，不管是遇到什麼問題，衹要一個電話，工作人員就會立刻響應，幫我解決難題。有一次我不小心把房卡落在房間裏，聯繫客服後，不到兩分鐘就有工作人員帶着新卡趕來，這服務速度真的沒得説。打掃衞生的阿姨也非常盡責，每天把房間打掃得一塵不染，還會細心地幫我整理衣物，補充生活用品，讓人心裏暖暖的。
🍱 餐飲：
酒店的早餐種類豐富多樣，中式的包子、油條、豆漿，西式的麪包、火腿、煎蛋，還有新鮮的水果、酸奶等，完全能滿足不同人的口味需求。食材都很新鮮，味道也相當不錯，每天早上我都吃得飽飽的，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。沒想到，酒店的正餐也給了我很大的驚喜，餐廳環境優雅，菜品色香味俱全，廚師的廚藝精湛，無論是當地特色菜還是家常菜，都做得格外入味，價格還很公道，在酒店用餐既方便又實惠。
總之，這次在曲靖陸良温德姆酒店的入住體驗堪稱完美，它就像家一樣温馨舒適，又有着高品質的服務與設施。以後要是再來這邊，我肯定毫不猶豫地再次選擇這家酒店，也會極力推薦給身邊的親朋好友，讓他們也來感受一下這份美好！希望酒店能一直保持這樣的水準，越辦越好！

總體還是很不錯的，位置也很方便，酒店的配套很好，有健身鍛鍊的地方，工區也很不錯，房間乾淨舒適
早餐也很豐富，能滿足我們這種出差人的需求，餐廳的感覺還是很好的，服務非常的周到，用心，高峯期的時候，李經理安排的也很井井有條，高級酒店的服務流程就是主動詢問了我們人數，帶了位置，還問了咖啡茶，照顧好了，大家的情緒，他忙完的時候，還和大家聊了一聊，問了滿意度，很認真了
酒店的環境和服務一定要匹配，才能有個更好的平衡，一切都很不錯，咖啡也還不錯吧，畢竟星巴克到處都有標準

這是我在陸良乃至曲靖市住過最高端、硬件設備最齊全的五星級酒店。剛進入大堂，禮賓很禮貌的過來幫我們拉行李、前台的服務也還不錯；而且還配備了自助洗衣房；第二天早上我去洗衣服；二樓餐廳的服務員很熱情，會主動幫我去點擊洗衣機按鈕，告訴我怎麼使用；很暖心；而且早餐廳的菜品非常豐盛；有米線、餌絲、麪條、水果、熱菜等，選擇性非常多，味道口感都很不錯；服務很周到細緻，這是我最滿意的一次入住體驗，下次回來還會選擇入住。

掛温德姆的標，是個特許經營店，和温德姆的服務差的不是一星半點，晚上10點多到的酒店，沒有人告訴我怎麼停車，等我停好，告知我不能停，早上我卻看到幾輛車停在那裡，停好車，在前台站了超過五分鐘，沒人理，前台自顧自的忙自己的事，連問都不會問一聲，還是我催促才理我，退房開票也是，辦理着我的手續缺又去辦理其他人的，催促之後才不情願理我，感覺我不應該來住這個酒店，整個酒店的服務除了餐廳，其他的連職業微笑都沒有，可惜了五星的設施和老闆的投資，這樣的服務不會再來第二次的，全國温德姆服務最差，沒有之一。0.5分的服務分給餐廳。
