location excellent and friendly staff, even cleaning lady was so lovely, and good breakfast! but we were expecting to enjoy indoor pool which they're not opening anymore. but we still liked stay.

A little disappointed, the front desk service of such a big chain brand Scandic was not very professional. The invoice address was given on the first day. The next day, I got it when I checked out. It was still wrong and I repeatedly revised it several times. Breakfast is average, limited choice

Excellent location, good environment

There was no breakfast service during the epidemic, and the furnishings and supplies of the room were too simple, but the price/performance ratio was still acceptable. Because it happened that there was an epidemic during Christmas, the order was a little chaotic, but overall it was still ok!

It was very cozy and beautiful Swedish hotel. I loved it very much and it was way cheaper than I expected in Sweden. The breakfast was everything. It was just amazing service they had and I would love to comeback again. I would definitely recommend to lot of Asians. It would be nicer if the reception is working longer and didn’t need to call in Swedish number. But other than that it’s very nice hotel I would recommend ❤️

The room was simple but enough. Shower rooms ok. Coffee in the morning tasty!
