I have been here many times - for personal and business reasons, with family and alone. What I can say is that this is the best place around - they have a nice spa area, convenient meeting rooms, restaurants with traditional Bulgarian cuisine and also contemporary ones. If you pass by, definitely give them a try!

Prices do not justify the quality of service. The food at the restaurant is average and staff inadequate. There is no balcony and the windows in the room tilt only at an angle. Breakfast is ok. The so-called children's corner is a half-empty room.

Das Hotel Diplomat Plaza in Lukovit ist absolut erstklassig! Die modernen und gepflegten Zimmer bieten höchsten Komfort, und die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar entspannend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die herzliche und professionelle Bedienung von Alexandra. Sie war jederzeit aufmerksam, freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt durch ihre positive Ausstrahlung zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Ob bei Fragen, Sonderwünschen oder einfach einem netten Gespräch – Alexandra war immer für uns da. Auch das Restaurant überzeugte mit köstlichen Speisen und einem tollen Service. Dieses Hotel ist eine Oase der Erholung, und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Restaurante está muito bem decorado.A comida é excelente.Tem um menu enorme e os vinhos são variados e de várias regiões da Bulgária.Quando poder vou reservar quarto porque é um local que gostei muito e tem muitas atrações para visitar.Mosteiros e Grutas.

Ho soggiornato per una notte a fine luglio in questo hotel in un camera matrimoniale deluxe. Camera grande, elegante e pulita. A nostra sorpresa, quando siamo arrivati in hotel, abbiamo scoperto di avere la spa inclusa. La spa comprende una piscina, un piccolo idromassaggio (non completamente funzionante) e una zona sauna. Personale gentile e cordiale. Colazione davvero abbondante e buonissima, sia salata che dolce, ci ha davvero stupiti, vedendo soprattutto lo standard delle colazioni di altri hotel della Bulgaria. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, molto buono con un'ampia scelta di piatti, prezzi nella media. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel, ci ritornerei!!

Mon conjoint qui est bulgare vient de séjourner 3 nuits dans cet hotel. Il y a largement consommé puisqu’y a pris ses repas midi et soir ( cher pour une petite ville comme lukovit). Au moment de quitter l’hotel on l’a accusé sans aucune preuve bien entendu d’avoir fumé dans sa chambre et facturé 100€! Ça s’appelle du vol sachant que mon conjoint descendait fumer en dehors de l’hotel! Ils se basent sur une odeur mais tout fumeur ou conjoint de fumeur sait que l’odeur imprègne les vêtements! J’ai éxigé le remboursement de cette somme sans réponse! Je vous déconseille donc vivement cet établissement!
