首先評價設施，空調開了一晚上製冷都沒有效果，電視也全是付費且不能投屏而且淋浴房的門邊上的防水膠條洗澡的時候自己掉下來了，然後再説衞生我特意拍了幾張照片 吊頂上全是蜘蛛網，以上這些我都能忍，最後説服務我實在氣的不行，早上八點多同棟樓就有人打電鑽砸鐵鎚給前台反應第一個電話他們説問一下什麼情況然後就沒有消息了電鑽聲鐵鎚聲不斷 我實在受不了打了第二個電話 前台説那我們上去看了老闆安排的他們今天必須把安排的活幹完我們也沒辦法，就沒有後續了！ 再後來因為前一天晚上喝了酒搞的很晚早上也沒睡好 等到十一點多的時候估計打電鑽和砸鐵鎚的工人下班了安靜了我又睡著了，一點半前台就開始打電話提示退房這都沒什麼兩點多又打電話 人睡的正香，超時了你扣錢就行了。真的體驗感太差了！！！

廬江縣的美好從入住維也納酒店開始。酒店停車方便，環境安靜，前台接待熱情大方。住宿環境如圖，衞生舒適，細節把控得當。尤其是電視機，怎麼看都舒服。這也我住過所有維也納酒店中最滿意的一次入住體驗。

對打擾衞生的很無語啊。第二天續住跟吧枱説過不用打掃房間，並且門口已經提醒“請勿打擾”，然後剛睡了回籠覺被敲門聲驚醒問需不需要打掃房間，本人回答不需要。然後下午四點多居然又敲門還是詢問需不需要打掃房間。門口“請勿打擾”四個字一點用也沒有啊，真的很無語

位置比較偏，早餐不行，牛奶也是用奶精沖泡的，根本不能喝。退房之後酒店前台打電話問我有沒有發現酒店房間少個衣架，連前台自己都不知道房間有幾個衣架，就問是不是被客人拿走了，真的很無語。前台的服務看起來像欠她們錢一樣，總是板着一副臉。入體驗很差，下次出差不會再選擇這家店。
