非常生氣，老顧客了，退房晚了一個小時，也沒提前詢問，就要扣半天房費，溝通半天最後按鐘點房算錢了，但是太心寒了，以後絕對不住了，每次衞生間老化不是漏水就是堵管道，都容忍了，結果還這樣對老顧客

一星都不想給，誰住誰上當，一塌糊塗，還死貴，過年期間400多一間標間，你倒是對得起這個價格呀，空調打一夜才15度，床墊被子又破又舊，真垃圾，比這個設備好環境好價位便宜一半的福瑞臨比他們強多了
