剛上班時，領導帶我們來團建過，沒想到這麼多年過去了，酒店還是沒咋變。設施真的太老了，空調打到32度，室內也就只有16度，凍的不行。基本沒啥服務，房間也是很多年前的了。早餐衹到九點，睡到八點半起來感覺就來不及了。温泉中心真的太冷了，特別是户外池子。另外，回來後身上長了好多疙瘩，不知道是不是水太臟了。

房間裝修看着很豪華，但是很多地方可以看出時間的痕跡
温泉水很清，看着很乾凈，池子也挺多，但是温泉位置較遠，穿着睡袍走到池子還要經過長長的玻璃走道，冬天還是挺冷的，酒店住宿到温泉也是和同一個入口，住酒店泡的話就要來回換衣服，不換還是冷，冬天還是有點不方便。適合入秋不太冷的時候

服務人員毫無服務意識！説話跟吵架差不多，一開口就是要跟你頂嘴。房間燈光昏暗，開了燈感覺跟沒開差不多，空調一開，叮叮噹噹的聲音一直響個不停，根本沒辦法好好休息，空調按鈕還有個洞洞，也不知道是個啥。衞生間地上有個凸起的釘子，應該是門吸壞了，留下的釘子，已經生銹嚴重了，洗澡的時候絆了一下，差點摔倒了。

房間很大，設施一看就是用材很好，五金龍頭鋥亮，陽台非常寬敞，但明顯能看出年代很久，房間裏充斥着下水道的臭味，春秋季節可以開着陽台門睡覺會舒服點，冬天不行。大堂裏一共也沒幾個服務員，入住的時候前台沒告知早餐在哪吃，也沒説早餐是7-9點，結束得太早了根本趕不上。問前台服務員，被告知“入住的時候肯定跟你説了，要不然也不會是你一家沒趕上，好多都沒趕上。”我無語了。。。這麼多人都沒趕上不正説明你們並沒有告知麼？總之，管理和服務是真不行，枉費了酒店硬件這麼好的底子。另外，温泉雖然大概開了有一半的池子，但水很不錯，應該是真温泉水。但是，9點就關門的温泉也太早了，一般温泉酒店至少開到10點的。
