Thanks to all the employees and people who work in this hotel, we were able to spend the best weekend of all with my family, relaxing in the spa, we went horseback riding, we ate a typical asado argentino. I want to thank everyone, special Mariano, the general manager, for always being there for all our need it.

Elegant hotel with magnificent surroundings. Service needs to improve to reach a four star standard. But the main problem were some gas leaks (quincha and pool) that, although reported. (several times including manager), continued during our stay. I had a strong headache as a result of these leaks, but the most important thing here is the risk for employees and passengers.

Un hotel en decadencia, lo que cobran no se condice con el lugar, si bien está en un lindo lugar rodeado de verde, si te quedas de noche en la galería vas a ver Ratas pasean por los pinos enanos, las habitaciones están faltó de mantenimiento limpieza, las bicicletas no anda ninguna , lo único bueno q tiene es la amabilidad de la concerjeria y del restaurante q le ponen toda la onda para agasajar te, después el lugar no vale la pena ir

Vine a pasar un finde con amigas para descansar El lugar es muy grande lleno de verde y silencioso tiene el spa Oasis del cual disfrutamos al igual que la pileta climatizada Al venir un fin de semana el hotel cuenta con actividades tanto para niños como para adultos Tiene pensión completa y tanto el desayuno como el almuerzo y la cena son muy completos La atención es muy buena No sé cómo será en plena temporada de verano pero volvería un fin de semana en temporadas bajas

Si van por la pileta climatizada,no funciona como corresponde Pedimos que la acondicionen y no tuvimos respuesta . El resto es normal de acuerdo al precio. El hotel esta falto de mantenimiento ya que aparentemente es antiguo. Más que nada la piscina muy deteriorada y sin funcionar correctamente

las habitaciones necesitan un mantenimiento, hay humedad en las paredes, los frigobares están estropeados, al igual que los baños, cae poca agua de la ducha, la bañadera esta cascada. El secador de pelo no funcionaba. la calefacción no era suficiente, nunca supimos ni como funcionaba y la ropa blanca era espantosa. Las toallas eran horribles. La comida no era buena.

Lindísima estadía. El lugar es pacífico, amplio, desayuno muy completo (con huevos revueltos, frutas, tortas, etc). La habitación es muy linda, la cama es muy cómoda, todo lo que uno espera. Destaco realmente la calidad y hospitalidad del personal (Lili), quienes nos hicieron un upgrade de cortesía por nuestro aniversario. Muy recomendable!

Excelente experiencia en el hotel. Fuimos con el paquete all inclusive. La habitación perfecta. El desayuno, almuerzo y cena perfectos, todo de buena calidad y variado. Tiene menú infantil que cambió cada día. La animación super completa a todo horario. El hotel tiene para hacer de todo. La verdad la pasamos super bien y vamos a volver para vivir la experiencia de gamping.
