This is a very intimate (only 7 fantastic rooms), and exclusive place. From the time you enter it makes you feel welcome and pretty much at home. Everyone that works here has a great attitude and always willing to help. They are all excellent and very professional. I want to mention few people that made our stay beyond excellent: Ivana was the best, always helpful and willing to go the extra step. Ximena at the restaurant even prepared our first ever mate! Marcela with her wine knowledge was great explaining the story and origin of all the wines we had. Francisco, taught and helped us cook the best “Argentinian asado” in our cooking class. We loved this place and highly recommended it especially if you want to get away and just experience the simplicity that life has to offer.

Susanna Belbo was the highlight of our stay in Argentina. From the moment we arrived, every detail of the hotel reflected impeccable taste — the architectural design was breathtaking, and every furnishing and accent was curated to perfection. The chef’s creations were extraordinary; we found ourselves lingering at the hotel longer than planned simply because the food was that good. Yet it was the concierge service that truly set this experience apart — they arranged bespoke vineyard tours typically impossible to access and secured reservations at hidden-gem restaurants known only to the most intrepid foodies. As far as service and attention to detail goes, this is the best hotel I have stayed in Mendoza. The staff is super professional and attentive, while the hotel hardware (technology in the rooms) is unlike anything I have experienced before.

This was truly one of the finest hotels we’ve ever experienced. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to every request—whether it was drawing a bath for my wife, ordering room service, or simply bringing us a drink. My wife enjoyed a three-hour in-room spa treatment and massage, which she described as one of the best she’s ever had—and we’ve been fortunate to travel to many destinations around the world.

I really recommend this place. Small and really exclusive with a lovely and relaxed vibe. The staff are amazing - as are the suites. Food great too. You will not regret booking here.

What a place! We loved it. The rooms, the service and the food. And of course - the wine! Our room/suite was wonderful. It even had its own sauna. The service was fantastic with friendly and knowledgeable. We did not get a chance to visit the vineyard of Susana Balbo but would love to in the future.
