Everything was wrong, breakfast in the room was terrible, very bad cleaning, super noisy, and to top it off we forgot something when we left the room, I came back after 10 minutes and it was gone, I couldn't get it back... a complete disaster!

I stayed for one night. The building and the facilities are new, they are impeccable. Parking is a nightmare if you are trying to get in with a van. The bathroom floods when using the shower (it seems that the screen is small...); but the bathroom is very nice. Due to the location, it is easy to get to because it is not in the middle of the city. Although this translates into a very poor gastronomic offer in the surroundings. Good attention. O apart hotel é excelente. A localização é ótima para quem quer ir nas vinícolas e também tem bastante coisa por perto, tem um centrinho. O atendimento é bom. A limpeza é ótima e o café da manhã é entregue no quarto. Amei tudo, com certeza voltarei diversas vezes.

NO LO RECOMEINDO. La caja de seguridad no tenía baterías y no se pudo resolver hasta el día siguiente cuando llegó el personal de limpieza ya que solo queda una persona en la recepción que no tenía acceso a las baterías. El baño se inunda porque la mampara no sirve. La televisión es mínima y al no estar centrada respecto de la cama es imposible verla. Cotizan en dólares, aun a los argentinos, y cobran lo que quieren porque toman el dólar oficial de un periódico y no del Banco Nación. Reclamé, me devolvieron algo pero no lo que correspondía. UN DESASTRE

Me alojé en el hotel con mi pareja en septiembre. El hotel está bien ubicado, las habitaciones con vista a la montaña son lindas y ofrecen cochera pero hace mucho calor en las habitaciones, hay un termostato que no funciona y al pedir si se podía cambiar no hicieron nada. No hay aire acondicionado para el verano. Tuve problemas con la facturacion para previaje y nadie se hizo cargo, es más me trataron de forma muy descortés y pedí si podíamos desayunar media hora antes (ya que el desayuno es en la habitación) porque teniamos que salir para el aeropuerto y me dijeron que no. Cero predisposición.

No hay muchas opciones de alojamiento por esa zona. El hotel es cómodo, habitaciones amplias pero el agua se sale de la ducha y se moja todo el piso. La señorita de recepción no es nada amable. No hay restaurante en el hotel. Solo te sirven el desayuno en la habitación.

Nos hospedamos 5 noches en dos habitaciones de dos personas. La mejor habitación es la que tiene vista a la montaña. Se destaca variedad de desayuno (continental), la vista hacia las montañas, y la comodidas de las habitaciones. Atencion 24 horas. Lo único incómodo es el garage en el subsuelo, dificil de estacionar para camionetas largas.
