No way to buy coffee without cash and would not even allow me to buy a coffee in the morning with my card, unless I purchased the breakfast, very bad customer service !!!

Complicated stay. Late arrival announced the day before. I get the instructions to get a badge. However, the payment terminal to pay the tourist tax was HS so it was impossible to enter the hotel. I call the emergency number, I have to go to the hotel next door to find a solution. They finally give me a badge, after paying the tourist tax. Anyway, then I was able to get to my room. Lots of noise, doors slamming in the evening, in the morning... complicated. The next day, the badge no longer worked, same thing again, go back to reception... pfffff

It's a nice fast hotel. There was a small episode when I checked in. I paid the tax twice, but Ctrip paid me the tax once. The hotel is very clean and the sound insulation is good.
