booked for a wedding, being the hotel in front of the venues was the easiest option. It’s far from the city centre so you always need to take a taxi or drive. Hotel is normal, it’s ok for 2 nights

Perhaps because I booked on the day? I'm told that hotels will let rooms at bargain prices late in the day, if they have availability. 'heads in beds' to optimize profit. Anyway - whatever - I paid €50 for my double en-suite, which is great value. The room was big, warm and comfortable, and included complimentary toiletries and water. The room had a mini fridge and a safe. I've paid a lot more for significantly less in the past. It's pretty easy to find, a few kilometres outside Lugo, and there's not much else going on. But the hotel has a pretty good bar/restaurant downstairs for breakfast or dinner, or lunch I suppose. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, especially at this price

Second visit. 3 nights two basic rooms for single occupancy with breakfast. Still my favourite hotel in Lugo! Very good value. Fantastic parking, easy motorway access that avoids driving through Lugo unnecessarily. Although the furthest from my son's farm, it is pretty much the fastest to get there due to those 120km per hour motorways! Breakfast is fantastic, housekeeping excellent and front desk staff so lovely, welcoming and happy to help with requests. Only negative is noise from slamming doors, otherwise a 5 star review from us. Fridge and water in room and a complimentary coffee station opposite front desk. The onsite restaurant cafe is also fabulous.

Taking the least expensive 2 rooms over 7 days is a real test. This hotel is solid. Positives include: Best Housekeepers, Fastest Laundry Service, Fastest Room Service, Good Breakfast, Clean Room. Best Parking. Easy access to all directions around Lugo. Negatives: Guests seem to slam doors here alot and it sounds like gunshots ( use earplugs if this is an issue), Front facing rooms overlook a main road, bit in winter with the windows closed this was not an issue. A reminder this is not so much a tourist hotel but a busy business/transit hotel. Very busy restaurant cafeteria...staff there always smiling and cheerful. Alot to like at this hotel.

Hemos celebrado la comunión de mi hija y hemos quedado encantados. Había varias personas alérgicas a las que han adaptado el menú sin suponer ningún problema. La presentación de cada plato está cuidada en el más mínimo detalle. Los aperitivos de bienvenida en la terraza del salón Arcos han sido expectaculares, la comida exquisita repitiendo cada plato. El lugar con la carballeira hace que el evento haya sido mágico. Si algún día tenemos algún evento que celebrar repetiremos sin lugar a dudas!

Hotel classificato come 4 stelle ma per livello di manutenzione della struttura (che forse ha avuto momenti migliori) ne merita 3. Seppure la camera e il bagno sono grandi, il letto è comodo, in complesso risulta un po’ anonimo, impersonale. La colazione a buffet è molto varia ma poco curata(stoviglie non proprio pulite), caffè buono ma succo d’arancia spillato da una macchinetta, ORRIBILE. In generale un luogo senza “amore”

Este sábado celebramos la comunión de mi sobrino. Ana , hizo que este día fuera perfecto. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de todo visitando el salón persolmente. Nos dejó ir el día antes a colocar la decoración de la mesa dulce facilitándonos todos nuestros deseos. Había 2 niños con alergias y no tuvimos ningún problema para adaptar el menú de los niños. Los niños los atendió toda la tarde una monitora con juegos en la espectacular carballeira que tiene el salón Arcos. El salón estaba perfecto, con la decoración al detalle. La comida muy buena, a repetir todos los platos,( imposible comer todo) el personal atento a cualquier petición. No podemos más que dar las gracias a la dirección por ponernos tan fácil el evento y que todo saliera perfecto. Gracias Ana🤩
