Nos encantaron los apartamentos mucho, tanto a mi madre como a mi, todo muy limpio, La atención por parte de Susana en recepción, fue muy profesional, y me solucionó rápidamente un problemilla con la reserva, súper contentas con la estancia, repetiremos sin duda. Budget hotel but nice and clean. You can choose to park in the garage for €6 or there’s some outdoor parking available if you’re lucky. The rooms were a bit cold because the apartment is tiled, however, there is a radiator that you can turn on and off. The kitchenette is perfect if you want to cook something, with a mini fridge too. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit old and the restaurant food was quite budget. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll to the main city area. Dog friendly apartment too.

We stayed in "Apartamentos Ciudad de Lugo" for the second time this year. Our choice was reasonable as we got everything we expected and needed - spacious and clean rooms, breakfast filling, and friendly and helpful staff. In a nutshell, the right place for a good price in Lugo city.

Hotel aceptable el hotel tiene parking de pago si no pues intentar buscar aparcamiento a los alrededores. Hotel con cafetería pero cerrada lo cual para desayunar o buscar una cafetería o te lo haces en la cocina q tiene la habitación. Apartamentos grandes y espaciosos con algún desperfecto pero es normal . Limpieza correcta y recepción muí correcto

Teníamos un apartamento reservado del 27 al 29 de junio. Pasamos el día por la ciudad y nos ofrecieron el check in con contraseña porque entramos después de las 23.00. Pues a 1 de julio aún no he recibido el email con las contraseñas... Intentaron abrirnos por control remoto, porque supuestamente teníamos una tarjeta en recepción, que tampoco apareció, al final a la 1.30 de la mañana y con una niña de 4 años apareció un empleado del otro hotel a abrirnos el apartamento. Pedimos que el gerente se pusiera en contacto con nosotros y aún estamos esperando. Opciones más baratas y mejor gestionadas muchas en Lugo.

Ubicación a 5 min a pie de la muralla
La llegada fué un poco confusa ya que no había nadie en recepción y la puerta estaba cerrada, el check in a través del QR no era sencillo ya que debías tener cuenta en Microsoft ( ya me dirás tú), después de llamar varias veces apareció una chica a los 10/15 min, nuestra hora de llegada fueron las 16 h aprox. que no llegamos a las 23 h de la noche, es importante remarcarlo. A partir de ese pequeño contratiempo todo bien.
Calidad/ precio normal, no me parece una ganga tampoco ya que no ofrece ningún servicio añadido ( bar/ comedor por ejemplo).
El apartamento para 3 es espacioso, está bien y los lavabos y ducha bien también, lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación.
