有點偏遠，不開車的話不建議入住，晚上9點全城出租車停業，沒法出入。性價比奇怪的低，小鎮上標間1200一晚，説是4星，到了發現是普通經濟酒店＋3星早餐的水平。

Esperienza a due volti, premetto si tratti di un pacchetto Mirabilandia. Hotel molto pulito, stanze ampie e fin qui avrebbero meritato una valutazione di 5. Tanti piccoli (o meno piccoli..) errori fanno scendere la valutazione. Check in fatto tardi, quasi mezzanotte. Prenotazione per due adulti ed un bimbo di 6 anni. Il letto singolo del bimbo posto perpendicolare rispetto al matrimoniale ed al centro della stanza: chi gestisce un hotel dovrebbe avere la sensibilità di capire che un bimbo di quell'età potrebbe aver bisogno del letto adiacente ad una parete. Entriamo in stanza, caldissima. Presente un vecchio condizionatore di quelli da pavimento a 5 cm dalla testa del letto del bimbo. Ovviamente insostenibile, abbiamo dovuto spostare il letto nonostante orario e stanchezza dato che la stanza aveva bisogno di essere rinfrescata. Colazione fino alle 9:30, entriamo in sala alle 8:45 e c'erano tre cornetti tutti alla marmellata, gli altri tutti finiti. Una fetta di bacon, mai aggiunte altre. Succhi finiti, non se n'è accorto nessuno. Latte della macchina del caffè finito, non se n'è accorto nessuno nonostante sia di quelle macchine con la brocca del latte a vista. Ho dovuto chiedere di aggiungerlo per poter fare un cappuccino. Decisamente troppe sviste/disattenzioni per un quattro stelle. Check out rapido, nessuna richiesta su come ci fossimo trovati nonostante non ci fossero altri clienti in attesa. Da rivedere

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Tatì e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e impeccabilmente pulite, con bagni ampi e dotati di tutti i comfort. La struttura è tranquilla, ben posizionata a pochi minuti dal centro di Lugo e con comodo parcheggio gratuito. Ma quello che mi ha davvero colpito è stata la gentilezza del personale: in particolare, la ragazza in reception è stata sempre disponibile e cortese, accogliendomi con professionalità e un sorriso.

Nós amamos! A recepcionista é uma fofa, não sabíamos falar italiano e ela falou em inglês. Um amor! Amamos o banheiro, bem completinho (tinha roupão e pantufa), além disso o ar condicionado estava funcionando muito bem e a cama é deliciosa! Indico de olhos fechados 🩵

Frequentiamo la struttura da ormai vent'anni e, ogni volta, troviamo la stessa splendida accoglienza, anche se in reception troviamo persone assunte da poco che, ovviamente, non ci hanno mai visti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che, anche prenotando dal sito e non telefonicamente come di solito, ci è stata riservata la ns camera preferita. Grazie mille e a presto. Antonio&Patrizia😘

Hotel in posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che la collina senza tralasciare la possibilita' di visitare citta' piu' che storiche nell'arco di 40-50 minuti di macchina. Albergo accogliente, pulito , con personale gentile e disponibile. camere comode, ben condizionate e con un ottimo grado di pulizia ed igiene. Colazione di ottimo livello alla quale non manca niente e costantemente rifornita. lo frequentiamo da anni ed e' un piacere ritornare ogni volta

L'Hotel si trova in una zona comoda da raggiungere. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi ma i pregi si fermano qui. I letti sono grandi ma scomodi, la pulizia é discreta a parte la cabina doccia che è tutta arrugginita, i servizi offerti non sono un granché.. La colazione é veramente scarsa, da hotel di 2 stelle. Considerato tutto ciò l’hotel a mio avviso sarebbe dovuto essere a 3 stelle e non 4. Non ci tornerò mai più ..

Sono stata ospite del Tati Hotel dal 16/1 al 27/1. Non proprio una vacanza, perchè ero di supporto a mio marito, paziente del vicino Maria Cecilia Hospital. Tutto lo staff (particolare menzione alla Sig.ra Bruna) è stato sempre super disponibile dandomi il massimo supporto. La mia camera era ampia, e anche le Sig.re delle pulizie sono state super gentili, permettendomi di lavorare in smart working e riassettando la mia camera solo durante le mie brevi uscite per andare in visita a mio marito. Il periodo è stato duro e difficile ma il Tati Hotel lo ha reso più semplice vista la grande empatia dimostrata. Grazie a tutti voi!
