Hotels near Cantonal museum of natural history in Lugano

Check in was easy, really nice receptionist, room was super clean, I had like 5 towels. Sopa and body wash was provided, at lwast 5 sockets, really nice and comfy room.

I stayed only one night as my preferred hotel was fully booked and I was forced into hotel city lugano. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was the kindest I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Sure the decor isnt anything to praise and they dont have room service or other basics but it is clean and efficient. I have to say one more time that the staff here is just amazing, every single one of them. I would recommend this hotel.

Súper decent hotel outstanding staff my stay here with my family was wonderful and comfortable. The best thing about a vacation is to rest well and have a delicious breakfast and this hotel has it all, a first class service, with high quality care, I have to mention what caught my attention the most was the hygiene at breakfast time is very Important for me. I don't have many photos but I do have videos that I can't upload here from the hotel but I have it on my Instagram karol__0729….Very satisfied with our stay, just need to implement the parking

If you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome. I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

Just beside the cable car station. The cable car takes three minutes to the train station. The hotel has a free cable car card. Warm, warm, free drinks and drinks in the lobby. Wangzhong is quiet. The surrounding shopping restaurant is very convenient, a few steps to the lake. Recommended to stay. But I booked a deluxe room, which is larger than a desk, and it is the highest price in several prices. But the ordinary room given by the hotel does not have a desk. I am too lazy to say it. The next price will be booked at the lowest price.

What a surprise. Entrance, garage, check-in were so easy. But there was another big surprise: we were upgraded to a Suite. Room and bathroom were prefect and clean. The restaurant food was very good. There is a nice terrace overlooking the large swimming pool. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. Breakfast was a very well appointed buffet. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from the freeway without the drawbacks and not too far from Lugano that can be reached in less than half hour. We highly recommend this hotel.

Review for Hotel Federale Lugano We came to this hotel late one night after missing the last train to Lucerne. Immediately we were welcomed by the warm Guiseppe who graciously accommodated us. He was polite and comforting. The room he left us in was very clean and nice, with a balcony that overlooked the city. Since we are three, Guiseppe even brought in a third bed for us even though we could fit in the large bed in the room. Overall, we were very lucky to find such outstanding service and a fantastic place to sleep. Will come back and highly recommend with its nice view and closeness to the train station!

Out of the train station, you need to push the luggage to go uphill, walk 15-20min, very tiring. The hotel is built on the hillside and on the mountain, so Lobby is on the 2nd floor. And we booked the terrace room, in the PL floor, lawn, recliner, lake view, sunset... After all, it belongs to the Italian-speaking area, so the staff looks more like a passionate Italian. When checking in, there will be a welcoming welcome drink and a coupon to print the name of the occupant. The blonde glasses sister at the front desk will send us to the room and introduce the hotel facilities and opening hours all the way. At the moment of opening the door, I was shocked. Hotel La Tureta is an excellent hotel. Room very comfortable with a very cosy bed. Bathroom was big enough for us. Everything perfectly clean. Good variety of products at breakfast. It's located a few minutes south of central Bellenzona, we quickly became very familiar with the #$1 and #3 busses. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. One thing we particularly liked was that we had advised the hotel that we appreciate gluten free options at breakfast; when we checked in the front desk person acknowledged our need for gluten free breakfast and indicated where the GF items are on the breakfast table. Well done! Would surely stay here again.

camera molto bella e spaziosa, luogo tranquillissimo e splendido, immerso nel verde ! ottima privacy.... la colazione, abbondante, è fornita presso il 5* attiguo Villa Principe Leopoldo, in una cornice incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago ! se fosse inclusa nel prezzo, sarebbe veramente il paradiso 😀invece, va pagata a parte.....del resto, in questo mondo non si può avere tutto 😉😉 un hotel da tenere in considerazione, merita !
