Luca was really nice when I arrived and helped me giving the right instructions to navigate around the city. The hotel is located in a nice area, it’s clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside about this hotel is the breakfast: expensive, with little options, the cereal was old, no fresh food, fruits. Disappointed!

Great place and venue. Very good location. Nearby Town centre but also Gandria. Very friendly owner and staff. Food is amazing. Evening cocktails very much recommended and affordable prices. My room had a great view of the lake. I can't find a fault for this place

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, in a quieter part of town. Would stay here again if visiting Lugano in the future.

Evening staff less than helpful although morning staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was old and of poor quality and questionably clean. Towels were more like rags. Location was quite a bit from the center of town but a bus stop was close. Hardly a view of the lake due to over-grown trees and shrubs. I definitely would NOT stay here again.

There’s only a bed and toilet in the room. Nothing else. No cups. In the toilet, packets of shampoo stuffed at the corner like no one care

The room was not cleaned properly, no AC in this hot day, no fridge, very noisy at night because our room on the 3rd floor was actually right on the street level due to the site slope reason, cars passed by all night. And front desk only accept cash not credit card for my city tax, don’t know why

There is no air conditioning on the property. The property looks like it needs some improvements, but there is parking available at the property.

I can recommend this hotel. Ive had a cute room with a balcony. The staff is very friendly. The hotel isnt in centre of Lugano, but you can walk there or there is a bus sation right in front of the hotel which drives every 15min. They have a lovely outside seatingarea from where u can see a little bit of the lake. I think the price-performance is very good.

Idyllic place to be yourself. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The interior is lovely and the view is gorgeous. The personal is very kind and helpful. It is located about 10 minutes from Lugano Centro - you have your tranquility. However, the bus stop is just outside the door in case you want to go on an adventure to the Centro. To go swimming you can reach the lake in about 10 minutes by walking. Thank you very much, I highly recommend.

Per lavoro Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel almeno un giorno alla settimana nell' arco dell' ultimo anno. Non posso che esserne entusiasta, in tutto e per tutto. La cordialità e la disponibilità dei proprietari, la squisitezza della cucina, le camere, la location: appena fuori dal centro di Lugano, in una posizione strategica. Un ambiente molto accogliente, una vista incantevole. La terrazza è superlativa, un angolo di pace dove rilassarsi e stare bene. Il rapporto Qualità/ prezzo, assicuro, è ottimo.

Struttura datata ma ordinata e pulita. Veramente buono il rapporto prezzo/qualità. Accoglienza e servizio ottimi. Ho utilizzato i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere l'hotel, pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni e fermata a lato dell'ingresso, comodissimo. Ho soggiornato una notte ed ho avuto la fortuna che fosse il giorno di una delle periodiche serate a tema organizzate dallo staff: ottima cena, ispirata alla Sicilia, a base di pesce con vari vini siciliani ben abbinati a ciascuna portata. Notevole anche la performance degli artisti del gruppo Bisound. Ottima musica, balli e tanta allegria! Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
