The location is very good. It's very close to the city center. You don't have to walk any mountain roads. It's just a short ride to the train station. The room is very clean. It has a hot water kettle and kitchen utensils. The bed and sofa bed are large and the decoration is very modern. , we stayed on and off for three days, and our luggage was always stored here, which was very good.

No air conditioning, away from any main point of interest, far away from the lake. The check-in is extremely complicated (I spent 30 minutes to check in) and nobody was there to help you. Very high price. Once in the apartment, it was very very hot with no ac. I won't suggest it

Perfect !!!!! The location is fantastic close to the lakefront and the center. The apartment is also beautiful and very bright and is even better in person than in the photographs. New and with attention to every detail. It's like staying in a modern hotel suite, bathrobe, slippers, herbal tea, coffee pods and all the useful information for visiting the city and its surroundings. Gabriele has an office right inside the building and is very helpful and kind. His presence makes you feel like you are staying in a hotel. He welcomed us earlier than the check-in time, thus making our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Each apartment has an assigned parking space in the large garage below. This makes the stay more relaxing and the apartment cheaper than other structures because it is included in the price, which is unusual for Lugano. By looking at the direct site a chat will open to ask for information. We wrote there and Gabriele replied who followed our entire booking and our stay, even leaving us a company mobile phone for any need. He is a wonderful person, kind and polite and he also honored us with a pleasant surprise of chocolates. What to say…. Thanks for everything. SUPER RECOMMENDED, THE TOP IN LUGANO!!!!
