Swiss Hotel Apartments - Lugano

The location is very good. It's very close to the city center. You don't have to walk any mountain roads. It's just a short ride to the train station. The room is very clean. It has a hot water kettle and kitchen utensils. The bed and sofa bed are large and the decoration is very modern. , we stayed on and off for three days, and our luggage was always stored here, which was very good.

Gabriele has an office right inside the building and is very helpful and kind. His presence makes you feel like you are staying in a hotel. He welcomed us earlier than the check-in time, thus making our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Each apartment has an assigned parking space in the large garage below. This makes the stay more relaxing and the apartment cheaper than other structures because it is included in the price, which is unusual for Lugano.
