Solid but basic hotel. Offers everything one needs but nothing extra. Friendly staff, good breakfast, a/c in room (did nit use it) and comfy beds with memory foam pillows. Ask for the Ticino Ticket when checking in as its not given automatically. Street in front of hotel can be nosy in mornings

sad interpretation of hotel business. you are a customer but if you dislike something the attendant threatens with the police just like that. avoid sleeping in this hostile environement. such a beautiful clean country does not deserve this low quality service.

Reception closed at 5:00 p.m. Key left in a box. No more breakfast after 9:30 a.m. We were refused at 10:00 a.m. And no phone in the room. If something happens we can't reach anyone. Never again.

A functional, simple hotel with no atmosphere for an overnight stay. It is now showing its age and is out of date. For a 3* hotel, it should offer a bit more, but it is good value for money. The rooms are OK and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is very simple, with no great selection. Reception is not always open. We were allowed to check in early.

Great hotel, good location, various bus stations nearby, Mobility location, university, Migros, Palazzo Congressi. Friendly staff, coffee from the large espresso machine on request... Arcobaleno ticket for 5 days included. I like the 70s charm that the hotel has, e.g. the letters in the breakfast room. We were there in mid-August as a couple for 5 nights, for the 2nd time.
