房間衞生不好，洗手間味道很臭，枕頭衹有枕芯套，沒有外套，枕芯套還是破的，枕芯很臟，酒店迴應枕套沒送過來，住了三天都沒送來，開了打掃衞生燈，都沒有來清理，走廊很臟，衹有大堂還説的過去

衞生：一般，全是吸煙房，一股煙味，床單椅子基本都是被煙燙出來的洞，浴室水垢和水跡很多
服務：沒有什麼服務可言
設施：設施齊全，位置方便，有停車場

衞生很差，洗漱間窗户還有其他客人使用的牙刷沒有清理
服務：我定的是有窗户的房間，以前也住過，因為我訂的早價格沒有什麼變動，酒店後面漲價了想要我補差價，我肯定拒絕呀，我定了就要給我安排房間，然後給我安排了個最差還是二樓的房間，房間沒有窗户，廁所才有窗户那要來幹嘛，訂了很多天的後面幾天也不給我換就説沒房，就因為不我願意補差價，本來就是你們自己的問題沒有提前預埋價格，開不起酒店就別開，這個格局，laji。
環境：如上所説不好，不推薦，而且續住沒有給我打掃衞生，天天晚上回來跟前台説了阿姨才來。

酒店本來就小，一層5/6間房，還有棋牌室，晚上一點鐘把我吵醒，麻將一直打到凌晨四點多，煙都薰到房間裏面來了，簡直無法入睡。
服務：態度太差了，愛理不理的，反應晚上打麻將太吵，一笑而過。

元宵節來南塘看大熱鬧的，經當地的朋友介紹了這家酒店，確實非常不錯，雖然在路邊但隔音效果很好，衞生還有服務都很奈斯，前台小姐姐還漂亮
