寫的是豪華雙人房，現場到了酒店説這是特價房，網上完全沒有提示。房子光線暗，開關燈操作不方便，居住體驗非常不好。給親戚安排5間房，拆散成幾層一間，非常不人性。非常差的體驗，後續朋友入住不會再安排在這了

我在網上訂了房，我辦好手續上去房間，開了兩個多小時的空調，一點都不冷，房間温度顯示還是33度，後來打電話給前台叫他換房，前台叫服務員來看一下，看過後説下去跟前台説一下，隔了十幾分鍾我又打電話給前台。前台衹是叫我等一下，又隔了十幾分鍾，打電話又説等一下，打了第三個電話才説給我換間沒窗的行嗎，這是你們酒店的問題冷氣不冷，不是我們問題，換房怎給降級呢，是不是在網上訂的房就可以隨便安排！還有一個酒店的房間開關問題，不清晰，分不清那個跟那個，還知道寫什麼，
