入住後凌晨宵夜後回酒店發現不通電，要求儘快處理，換房且做出相應補償，升級房型。經歷不但不積極處理還一直敷衍推脱不承擔責任。説這不行那不行，最後我態度強硬維護自身權益，報警請求協助。酒店方才同意換房給予升級房型作為補償方案。且事件處理完成已經是凌晨3:50分，嚴重損害了我租房權益。且凌晨還我們拿行李來回跑.那麼大的酒店這樣的處理非常差，我們都不選小的酒店了，沒想到在這裏遇到那麼惡劣的事。第二天前台的客服女生還在前台大聲討論説晚上有的顧客（多人投訴），且第二天我用房內電話聯繫前台都是打不通或者接通就掛.不知道是區別對待客户還是完全不解決客户需求了。真消費説真話，大家參考。同樣的錢去希爾頓吧p

一次不愉快的旅行🙁，開房後前台看着我走錯方向（之前問過電梯在哪邊，沒理我）去找電梯，返回後告訴我走反了。因為天氣比較凍，進房間就沒開窗，早起來拉窗簾就突然飛出來一衹大馬蜂，趕緊穿衣服打電話給前台，又跑出房間找服務員大姐，沒敢再回房間，不到 7 點吧，就去吃早餐了（早餐不豐盛，可選擇的不多），吃了早餐回房間，先找服務員問馬蜂趕走了沒？回答説沒看到，説窗户打開了可能飛走了，最終結果是這一個上午我都在跟馬蜂戰鬥，看圖吧，哎😮💨😮💨😮💨

樓下是好多層的夜總會和水療會所，比較亂，不建議家庭出行，否則可能會遇到如下情況：
1. 在電梯裏和家人一起遇到衣着暴露的夜總會公主；
2. 在房間裏聽到夜總會動感低沉的動次打次
另外就是房間有煙味，其他的沒什麼問題。

入住時，酒店前台給安排了一個燈都不是全亮的房間，然後我去溝通，給我升級到了行政房。在酒店餐廳用晚餐，由於春節期間客人多，等菜大概等了一個半小時，很無語。最後一個炒飯給我們免單了。這也算是他們表示歉意吧。早餐實在太難吃了，菜沒了也不及時補充。
