The front desk doesn't speak English and clearly doesn't have many foreign tourists staying there so check in was a long process. But they were friendly and offered recommendations for food and drinks. The hotel room is spacious but the facilities are a bit dated (dark lobby lift, no gym), breakfast was average, the hotel is along the bar street but very close to some shops and restaurants.

很久沒住鼎尊酒店了，酒店地理位置還是優越的，在東海大道邊，出行方便，旁邊的幸福城廣場有肯德基、瑞幸、喜茶，吃東西也方便；房間很寬敞、衞生方面也還乾淨。但酒店的設施開有點老化了，房間裏有的燈不亮。酒店早餐挺好，有粿條、水晶餃、潮州粉粿、菜頭丸等陸豐特色小吃，也有豆漿油條！

這次和朋友一起去汕尾旅行，真是一次愉快的體驗。我們入住的酒店環境舒適，服務也很周到。最讓人驚喜的是第二天的早餐，種類繁多且極具當地特色。餐枱上擺滿了各式各樣的潮汕風味小吃，每一樣都讓人食指大動，不僅味道正宗，而且用料新鮮。服務員熱情地為我們介紹每道菜品的由來和吃法，讓我們在享用美食的同時，也瞭解了更多潮汕飲食文化。這樣豐盛又地道的早餐，為我們的汕尾之旅增添了不少美好回憶。

服務行業這樣的服務態度實在是第一次遇到，前台愛搭不理的，雖然是住你們家的，基本的服務意識應該有才對，和你們當地好一點的對比學習一下（希爾頓），有差異理解，但是太大差異就不知道是不是人為！

房間衞生很乾凈，很注重細節 環境：還可以，位置不錯，在東海大道上，但是隔音做得很好，沒有聽到噪音，去哪都很方便，停車也是免費的 服務：服務很熱情，早餐很豐盛 早餐的質量非常不錯 注重早餐的朋友可以體驗一下，裝修也挺有風格! 設施設備也很先進酒店有自助洗衣機，洗烘一體很方便。最主要的是房間衞生乾淨，床品舒適，樓層遇到服務員都很有禮貌打招呼，感覺像回家一樣！不錯！下次還會選擇這家店
