一家老小在汕尾玩了4天，很幸運的選到了這家民宿，首先裝修很新，乾淨舒服，用的東西也很齊全，民宿的每一處都是很乾凈明亮的，也很安全，沒有潮濕蟲子污漬之類的，就像在自己家一樣，對於帶孩子的我們住起來非常安心，最重要老闆娘人超級好！有什麼問題都給解決，而且很照顧。下次有機會一定再來這裏！

首先説一下優點房子設施什麼的都比較新衞生也不錯，而且是寵物友好酒店 店家對寵物的包容程度較高 位置還可以，距離景點金廂銀灘步行10分鐘左右，缺點就是實在太吵鬧了，沒有住過如此吵鬧的民宿好像住在了老闆的客廳裏一樣，從早上7:00多開始有小孩子嘻嘻打鬧的聲音，直到晚上凌晨2:00之後還是有噪音，其中有老闆家 也有其他住户的原因 避雷 二樓的房間 因為前台客廳在一樓 真的特別吵，沒有睡過一個好覺 第一天結束之後有跟商家溝通，想換個樓層，但可惜房子已經訂滿了 衹能將就

這家民宿位置還不錯，走出去就是海邊，沒想到這邊海邊還挺好的，可以走出去很遠也不深。非海景房，性價比還是挺高的，房間挺大，床也挺大，適合家庭出行，夠睡。裝修比較新，衞生也很好。唯一缺點是沒有電梯，衹能自己扛行李箱上樓梯。

環境特別好，乾淨衞生，樓下就有充電樁，開電動車特別方便，周圍好多海鮮大排檔。打開窗簾就能看到大海，而且房東夫妻人還特別好！

樓間距可以，因沒電梯，如有長者家，請綜合衡量。離海不遠，約100米，周邊商鋪較少，建議自駕出行。

房間一般話。停車還是挺方便，大海邊是沒有錯，空氣清晰，沒有隱形消費和任何推銷，老闆人不錯挺熱情，開電車充電方便
