2580兩個晚的房一股臭味！床品好好臟！下大雨衹能在破屋子呆著！最離譜的是住2晚竟然收我停車費！後續找商家他説退不了停車費！還狡辯跟我們説過掃碼離開？入住到退房沒有任何一個人跟我們講過關於停車費的事情！真的好惡心！集裝箱房吵到睡不着熬了兩個晚上就算了！收那麼貴的房費就算了還這麼噁心人！大家避雷！！！

風景絕美，就是設施太少，沒有游泳池。然後租烤爐也太坑了，本來微信裏説租一次160，後來入住當晚，我們去他們推薦的商户租，收了300塊，這還算了，加碳還要另外給錢！！免費的就5塊碳！！太黑了，雖然是第二次入住，但是沒有第三次了

5星絕對唔足夠評價《海納金灘民宿》，如果五星是滿分，我會給一百星🥇；這次出行是為了同太太過生日，這裏環境優美，房間舒服清潔，服務員非常熱心、有禮貌，本來打算住三日兩夜，結果我哋兩個決定再住多一晚；這裡要再次表揚他們的服務，因為我們開車離開的時候，汽車電池壞了，發動不了，還有汽車鎖匙也沒有電池，他們很多員工出來幫忙，有的出去幫忙配鎖匙電池，有的去找過江龍幫我發動引擎，到最後電池也用不了，最後還幫忙到處找車行過來幫我們更換電池，幸好有他們熱心幫忙，我們是從澳門開5小時車程到來，也經常到國內很多地方遊玩🇨🇳，這次絕對是最好的服務體驗，我們一定再去這裏玩🌈很感謝你們給我們很難忘的回憶 ，同時也感覺到愛🫶🏼祝你們生意興隆😁

住過很多很多民宿，很少對民宿這麼滿意的，滿分好評！房間除了一次性拖鞋外，還配備了沙灘洞洞鞋，房間門口還有洗手池和長形桌，是可以給燒烤時用的，細節很滿分。
