We booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find. After asking, we got an "upgrade" to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room. The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before... The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day... They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that. The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

一進房間很大異味，空調也是壞的，問前台説所有空調都是壞的，網絡信號也不好，主要房間裏什麼也沒有還收費100元按金。

在這住了三天，以前也住過，這麼好的酒店，地段安靜，停車方便，房間設施都很不錯，但是工作人員服務上面跟這個酒店檔次完全不相匹配，死板，生硬，不專業成了慣性，完全給了我一種十年前去政府部門辦事面對公務員的那種感覺，希望改進

酒店是開業較久的大酒店，入住當晚聽到很奇怪的聲音，凌晨三點又出現，不像是雙人運動的聲音，當即跟酒店反映給我換了房間。當時挺生氣的，影響到休息，工作人員回覆是熱水器的聲音……地毯很厚應該隔音，第二天發現應該是木質牀頭櫃的敲打聲。性價比很高，一百出頭含早餐。
