服務態度真的是不擺了，掉了一件衣服在酒店，打電話問説等會兒回電話，但是一直都沒回電話，還是自己打電話回去問的…回答説房間沒有，沒有就算了，本來也不是什麼大事，衣服丟了就丟了，但是這個服務態度真的絕了，一副愛理不理的，打幾個電話就跟欠了她幾百萬一樣～不想做服務業就不要幹，幹了就好好乾，什麼鬼…過道燈也不開，還打手電筒進房間，真是沒遇到過…

第一次入住，前台辦理入住的人員都不在/餓着肚子等了半個多小時，上班時間説是去接孩子了/這是什麼工作態度。終於等到人回來，也不見有半點抱歉的意思。感覺不好

酒店太吵，太吵了，一晚上都是火車的笛鳴聲.吵到無法入睡，環境太差，服務太差，訂的是豪華間，隨便糊弄了開個普通間，最後發現了又換回來了，縣城裡300多的房間，兩瓶小礦泉水還要收費，最後按金還退少了幾十塊錢，8：40去吃早點，什麼都沒有了
