一言難盡。體驗最差的一次。
設施：老舊，地毯已經成抹布，破爛不堪，看不出顏色，傢俱老舊，顏色陳舊。
環境：外景是在江邊，酒店內景一般。
服務：很差，前台一副什麼服務都不想提供的樣子，也不知道她優越感來自哪裡。

其實環境坐落還是很棒的，房間也比較大，可是時間太久了，維護保養得也不好，上一家住店的估計是辦理婚宴的，牆上天花板上的膠帶密密麻麻的，根本沒來及收拾呢😂而且一進樓，地毯臟的就讓人很不舒服

衞生很差，到處是臟東西，床單被罩也很臟
環境很差，掉皮的牆紙劃破的地毯都在發臭，空調是壞的
服務很差，上房間燈是壞的前台直接來了一句：我們燈具這樣
設施很差，三鏡相對，陰氣很重，陰氣彙集，風水不好

希望酒店投資方能看到，貓眼紙巾堵，衞生間反臭味，牆紙起翹，地毯臟舊衞生問題，設施陳舊都可以改變，難以改變的是員工非常差勁的服務態度。前台員工不是在幫你留客人，而是在幫你趕走客人。就近可以學學橡山賓館的服務態度。網評分低真的是有原因的。如果朋友們樂於花錢買氣受，請忽略此評論。

房間大，但開門一股味！房間陳設較舊，服務很差：晚上近11點打電話説忘了收按金，約定2點退房，剛12點就催退房，當面給他們建議了：攜程評分這麼低，你們不知改進？現在誠信社會，別防客户如賊，也別把那些從沒人用的過期食品，以及避孕套放在房內。小提示下：床單被罩大概率沒換！商旅幾十年，第一次遇到這種店，都怪沒看評分。
