十幾年的老酒店了，從名字看也是曾經很好的酒店，位置優越，現在設施比較陳舊，還算乾淨，房間大，但是無早餐，最痛苦的是無法停車，自己還得外面找停車場。 服務態度一般

第一服務極差，基本可以説沒有服務，，本來已經晚上了，打電話第一次掛斷，第二次接聽不情願，口氣很差，非得讓把車停路邊登記好再放車庫，全程服務態度極差。
第二房間以及過道很臟，到處都是污點，還有一股很難聞的味道。
第三空調也是壞的，大冬天花錢住酒店連外套都不敢脱。

房間略微有點老舊，考慮到是秦嶺的一個小縣城，所以也能理解。在縣城裡的一箇中心位置，可惜酒店沒有停車位了，必須要得政務大廳的停車場去停車。

房間有點舊但對於縣城還説還不錯，但是前台服務超級差，房間走廊也不隔音，一大早門口説話聲音特別大，直接就給人吵醒了

一言難盡。體驗最差的一次。
設施：老舊，地毯已經成抹布，破爛不堪，看不出顏色，傢俱老舊，顏色陳舊。
環境：外景是在江邊，酒店內景一般。
服務：很差，前台一副什麼服務都不想提供的樣子，也不知道她優越感來自哪裡。

其實環境坐落還是很棒的，房間也比較大，可是時間太久了，維護保養得也不好，上一家住店的估計是辦理婚宴的，牆上天花板上的膠帶密密麻麻的，根本沒來及收拾呢😂而且一進樓，地毯臟的就讓人很不舒服

衞生很差，到處是臟東西，床單被罩也很臟
環境很差，掉皮的牆紙劃破的地毯都在發臭，空調是壞的
服務很差，上房間燈是壞的前台直接來了一句：我們燈具這樣

希望酒店投資方能看到，貓眼紙巾堵，衞生間反臭味，牆紙起翹，地毯臟舊衞生問題，設施陳舊都可以改變，難以改變的是員工非常差勁的服務態度。前台員工不是在幫你留客人，而是在幫你趕走客人。就近可以學學橡山賓館的服務態度。網評分低真的是有原因的。如果朋友們樂於花錢買氣受，請忽略此評論。
