My daughter and I stayed two nights, each with our own room. The rooms are very comfortable. There is no central AC but a portable AC unit kept the room pleasant on a hot day, and opening (screened) windows at night gave a delightful breeze. My daughter has food allergies; Courtney (owner) went out of her way to provide not only breakfast that she could eat but baked cookies that she (and other guests) could enjoy. The beautiful flowers and the chairs on the lawn gave us places to relax in the evening. Location is just off the Main Street so easy walking to restaurants and shops.

It’s fine - has strengths (owner) and challenges. We stayed here as part of an inn to inn adventure walk so we were only here one night. Pros: room was spacious, refrigerator in room, very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Food was tasty. Owner Courtney was dedicated and enthusiastic. Cons: our room had no air conditioning or fan and it was uncomfortably warm. The room had a weird layout - shower, tub and sink were out in the room. The food tasted good but we didn’t feel satisfied so we ended up going into town and getting apps at a local bar. As part of the Inn to Inn trip this was a fine stop but we wouldn’t necessarily stay here otherwise.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay. Wonderful breakfast, an appetizing array of options served with a smile. Comfortable and interesting common areas. Easy walk to the Main St. attractions.

Classic B&B in the heart of Ludlow. Stayed here one night prior to checking in to a ski in / ski out condo at Okemo. Our room was a 2 room suite on the first floor of the main house. Clean, comfortable bed, well lit, with plenty of space in sitting area. Breakfast was wonderful. Mid-March 2022 - still had masking policy in place for shared spaces, but hopefully that done with soon. Other points: - One block off of Main Street, easy to walk to local restaurants (which are all open now - but make reservations if during ski season. Note also that most of the restaurants were only open Thurs - Sat when we were there. - Although close to ski shuttle route - Okemo only runs the shuttle on weekends and holidays. - Several of the rooms are in a separate building that is a very short walk (30 ft?) to the main house. You can see the layout via Google Maps. Will definitely visit again!

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Inn Keeper and helped to our room. To our surprise, we soon learned that they were substitute Inn Keepers. Who knew Inn Keepers need time off? Nevertheless, I can not remember a better stay. The inn was immaculate. The breakfast was beautifully presented. The coffee was fresh and delicious. It was important to us to be at Okemo by 9:00, so our breakfast was served promptly by 7:30. The house made granola was quite tasty. There were freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. I can not find anything but positive things to say. You won’t be disappointed at Pettigrew Inn.
