這家酒店第二次來了，第一次是3月，當時試營業，都覺得很不錯了。
這次是正式營業了，我覺得在海螺溝應該算天花板了，各方面都很棒，包括餐飲。
整個裝修和園林是宋風，也可以説成日式，主打自然。公區很大，園林設計很美，這個季節楓葉紅了，很出片。
大廳有咖啡和酒飲 調高設計，有兩個壁爐，很出片。
房間裝修基本實木製為主，很有質感，有地暖和空調。
minibar是VOSS礦泉水這些，洗漱用品是佰草集，國貨精品。
晚餐強烈推薦臘排骨湯鍋，排骨都是當地村上做的，還可以涮氂牛肉，2-3人餐，我覺得至少夠3人，量很足。
早飯齊全，麪條好吃，推薦流心牛角包和吐司，都是酒店自己定做的，很蓬鬆。
整體而言，很適合家庭和情侶出遊。

設施：整體來説很日式風格，公區環境很出片，房間也沒有想象中那麼小。
衞生：301房間的廁所鏡子上的燈帶脱落了，其他都挺好的。
環境：挺好，温泉很舒服。
服務：這個要好好説説了，首先在定酒店之前就問過，有沒有蛋糕可以購買或者贈送，酒店管家説可以贈送，但是到那天發關於這個的消息直接不回覆，溝通起來相當困難，最後是換了個人才聽的懂我在説什麼。然後就是剛剛入住，有一個管家直接刷卡就進來了，我和我老婆確實都沒有聽到你敲門，送水果是好意，這樣送我是真的害怕。還有就是，投影儀的事情，本來該你們調試好的，結果我們來調試不好，你們管家來調試不好，説讓我們把投影儀放在床上看，我請問了，怎麼看？最後還是我在網上搜尋教程才搞定。最後泡温泉也是，還是我主動問你們管家，才告訴我可以，我們下去的時候，人家泡完都準備走了…還有就是，當著我們客人面大家七嘴八舌吐槽別的客人，甚至還説臟話，這是什麼操作？你們這個服務真的很迷，不要讓這個環境最後敗給服務。 剛剛來的時候，我説我還要再來，現在我確實是不敢再來了。

在海螺溝最後一天，想要泡温泉，當地人説山腰這裡是天然温泉。經過當地人的推薦，找到了這家。温泉很舒服，服務非常貼心，你光看夜宵裏裝銀耳的那個保温罐就知道了，很替客人着想。唯一可惜的是我一大早就要離開，還沒來得及享受到山景咖啡館。我當時和店長説：這個不就是視頻號ai生成的那種畫面嗎？飄着雪，看着落地窗外的雪山，或者泡着熱氣騰騰的温泉。全部五分好評，其他看照片就行了。我在自己朋友圈和公眾號都推薦過了，希望以後到海螺溝的遊客可以去看看，真的不錯

之前在網上看到就已經非常向往了 國慶純是為了住這一家民宿才去的海螺溝 酒店位置很好找 直接導航就到了 然後我們到酒店門口 酒店管家一早就在門口等我們 我們所有行李都是管家幫拿的 我們就兩手空空就被帶着去房間 路過了第一個庭院就驚艷到我了 環境簡直絕了 然後所有的事情都可以聯繫酒店前台 然後管家過來 不論大事小事都是親自跑上跑下 酒店音響馬歇爾 不用多説 這個價位 聽着歌泡着帶點硫磺味的天然温泉 還有小水果和晚安小甜品 體驗感直接拉滿 可以説是我今年住過的性價比最高的民宿 一下所有圖都是我自己相機拍的 但凡有一張網圖我直接** 民宿無敵 推薦所有人去！

我對中國民宿又有信心了！
國慶期間最值得留戀的一天
很長一段時間內對那些糟心的民宿失望透頂，直到這一次。
進門的第一眼就發現了不一樣的審美和堪稱豪華的配置。
公區和住房面積比估計是1：1，僅有20多間房，但卻有無數的公區設施配套，包括精緻庭院。
除了公區，温泉和早餐也是亮點
待一個好天氣，一定再訪海螺溝

這次川西之行的MVP，沒有之一。無論是服務、衞生、 硬件設施、環境設計還是餐食，都沒得挑剔。整體水準完全比很多一些星級酒店還要好，希望老闆保持，以後還會來。（硫磺温泉泡完真舒服）
